Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States. Once your order has been processed, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at hellogudforme@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GŪD FORME is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
